So...you want to know a little about me, eh? Well, where to begin. I was grew
up in Joice, Iowa (population ~250) and graduated from Lake Mills High School in 1998. After high
school, I attended Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa for 2 1/2 years studying biology education. I then
transferred to the University of Northern Iowa and graduated in 2003 with a degree in earth science and then graduated
again in 2004 with a degree in earth science education.
I am currently in my 3rd year of teaching
at Dunkerton. I teach 7th grade science, biology, advanced biology, and chemistry. I coach high school football,
junior high boys track, and high school baseball.
In my free time, I enjoy going to Waterloo Bucks baseball
games, Waterloo Blackhawk hockey games, golfing, playing softball and volleyball, watching the St. Louis Cardinals, and especially
watching the Iowa Hawkeyes play football. GO HAWKS!!
