Course
Description
This class consists of two units: human anatomy/physiology and genetics. During
human anatomy/physiology, students will start by taking an in-depth look at the various organ systems of the human body.
During genetics, students will explore mitosis and meiosis, heredity, DNA and its importance, and the role of genes.
Exploration and learning will take place through notes, discussion, labs, activities, research, animal dissection,
and fruit fly breeding.
